Nunca hemos recibido vuestro producto, es una estafa. hemos pagado el dinero y nunca nos habéis enviado nada

Didn’t receive nothing, because they didn't ship anything. I wrote I don’t know how many times to the shop without any response from their side. At the end I reached the credit card company for charge back and after 40 days I received the money back from the credit card issuer. I consider the shop to be scam and they don’t ship anything to their customers.

The "service" was catastrophic! I wanted to return my delivery and got no reaction at all. None of my emails was answered and even the package I sent back was not accepted. Luckily I payed via PayPal, otherwise my money would have been gone. Last time I ever bought at this shop. Absolutely no recommendation!

Die Bestellung an sich lief gut, die Lieferung auch, aber das Produkt an sich ist Mist. Wahrscheinlich einfach zu alt, aber der Kleber hält nicht, der regenabweisende Spoiler "labbert" einfach nur herum. Würde ich damit einmal in die Waschstraße, wäre sie Katastrophe vorprogrammiert.

Order never shipped, messaged seller, no response. Don’t waste your time.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und gute Qualität

Die Reklamation wurde bis zum heutigen Tage nicht bearbeitet.

Es ist nichts angekommen (auch nicht nach mehreren Monaten). Meine Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet und ich musste mir über PayPal mein Geld zurückholen. Alles ersetzt bekommen habe ich immer noch nicht.

La commande a été passe le 16 décembre et mon colis ne bouge plus depuis le pays d'origine et nous sommes le 30 décembre aucun suivis n'est effectué par le service je suis déçus

I have yet to see the product, but, based on service, my expectations are high.
When you find exactly what you need and product description is written in good flowing language, when ordering is indeed easy and delivery happens without endless stream of upsell emails, then the only thing to be seen, is that the product matches the quality of service. Gotta open the box now.
