I sent my phone in for warranty service 3 months after purchase because it wouldn't turn on. It came back after 2 months supposedly repaired. In the meantime, I had to buy another phone, so I turned my phone back on a few months later only to find that the GSM had not been repaired. I had to send the phone back to finally get it fixed. However, a microphone issue (perforation) magically appeared. Moreover, they don't want me to retrieve the supposedly broken part. In the end, I am very disappointed with this phone, which is costing me money without being usable. Avoid at all costs.
First, I contacted them about the shipping. (It's quite a bit of money after all.) They ship registered and insured. I was looking for a sturdy phone and I really received it the next day. I know that I will place my next order with them again.
