⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service! I initially had an issue with my order as I received the wrong necklace, but the Pearls and Swines team handled everything brilliantly. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. They sent me the correct Cocker Spaniel necklace, completely free of charge, and didn’t even ask me to return the other one. Mistakes can happen, but what really makes the difference is how a company handles them, and Pearls and Swines genuinely went above and beyond
