Real quality, not marketing quality. Their cocoa was the first I've ever genuinely enjoyed rich, deep, no bitterness where there shouldn't be any. The rest of my order was the same story: everything felt like it was chosen by someone who cares, not just stocked to fill a shelf. My only ask is that they keep it exactly this good.

Great shop with an enormous range of products. The service is also top-notch. I've contacted them twice and they always resolved my issues neatly and efficiently. The website is very user-friendly and the processing/shipping is excellent.
Content doesn't match description. No clips to close the bag, no additional substrate for casing layer, no instructions. I'm disappointed.
