After some back and forth emailing, very clear, friendly, and professional, my card arrived. Very satisfied. Initially, it didn't work, but that was due to my own mistake. Nice company to work with. They think along well with the design.

I ordered on a Swedish site, but the invoice sent to me was in Dutch and also the information in the email it was attached in. I was supposed to pay via Swish, but no number for that was provided. I sent a question via email on how I was supposed to pay but got no reply. Luckily for me I have a friend from the Netherlands who could help me pay via her bank. The products I ordered came fast, that was good.

Ordered 3, for 2 different websites. Received 3 for the same website. After a phone call, I easily reprogrammed the chip myself. Now I have 3 correctly working chips. Quickly resolved!

Great card. I would like the QR code on the card to be larger, and a pop-up suggestion about the background color near the QR code would be an improvement, as it works better in the dark when you're at a gathering on a terrace, for example. Other than that, great and fast, also customer service.

Unfortunately, the product was not as large as it appeared in the photo. I bought it for nothing.
