    Two missed delivery dates, consignment still with DPD Netherlands - see update below added at 10:34 on 6 May*. When I have messaged mysteel with my delivery concerns, the response has been to kick the issue down the street. My experience has been poor, problems happen for even the best run business, but what counts is how that business sorts out the issue. * Update checking on the delivery companies tracking website, it is showing that the order is scheduled for delivery late this afternoon - fingers crossed.
