    Pessimo servizio. Acquistato abbonamento a dicembre 2025 e ad aggi Aprile 2026 non ho ricevuto ancora nulla. Scrivo al customer care e continuano a trovare scuse e a dirmi che la rivista arriverà nel giro di un paio di settimane. Io aspetto ma ancora nulla.

    Cara Freda, non sappiamo bene perché non hai ancora ricevuto il primo numero dell'abbonamento, ma un paio di giorni fa ti abbiamo spedito una copia sostitutiva dagli Stati Uniti. Se non riceverai nulla entro 3-4 settimane, provvederemo a rimborsarti l'intero importo.
