I purchased two products, but after more than a week I have no information about my package and it seems to still be stuck at the location in Italy, according to the tracking link. I asked for information and they told me it depends on the local courier, but they cannot put me in contact with them. I wrote to the courier and they say that the code I gave them is not theirs and they don't know where my package is.

I have been ordering here for years and usually place a larger order twice a year, because the products last me a long time. What I especially like is the large assortment and that you can easily select based on what your skin needs. There is actually always something on sale. My orders are always delivered super fast and everything is beautifully and carefully packaged. For Korean skincare, this is really my go-to webshop.
