    Beste Sven,

    Je hebt ons op 1 september om 13.00 uur gemaild met een vraag / klacht over een rooster. We hebben op dezelfde dag binnen 2 uur gereageerd met een advies om het rooster te behandelen. Hierbij nog het advies dat gegeven is: "Ik zou het insmeren met olie (geen olijfolie) en gebruiken. Dan komt er een laagje over en dat zorgt ervoor dat het niet meer roest."

    I expected a grill that could reach high temperatures, but now i struggle to keep it warm at all, even shrimp’s skewers don’t get cooked at all. I looks like the airflow is blocked, which causes the coals to cool down. I think I need to find out how I use the Konro grill, which I could use a little help with. However, the product looks beautiful.
