    I would recommend this web site as my order can as expected and was at a competitive price. Delivery was a little unusual as they used two carriers, and did not tell be they were doing that, but the goods arrived well packaged and in working order.

    Ordered last year. Still hasn't arrived. Jeremy hasn't given me an order number in weeks so I'm unable to track it. He doesn't respond on email. Judging from Google reviews, I'm not the only one

    I'm sorry that we had an issue with dispatching your order. I'm aware that there was an issue, and that we misinterpreted an earlier message you sent to us incorrectly.

    We do respond to e-mails, but please allow us some time to respond, and also allow our vendors some time to investigate the issue before they provide an answer. It is unfortunately unrealistic to have an order delivered within one day from The Netherlands to Portugal. We've therefore already refunded your order, as we can't meet your expectations.

    The product hasn't even arrived yet, I was told it would be shipped around jan.3, now it's the 8th and I'm still waiting. I will write to customer support again in a few days.

    Made pre-order for items to be released in October. Items were not received until end of December and I received no updates or notifications as to why items were being shipped much later than expected. Excellent carrier once items were shipped.

    Hi Anthony,

    My apologies that you've received your products later than anticipated.
    We've sent out a mailing to our customers to inform them about the delay with the pre-ordered products. Although we're doing our best to avoid this, our e-mail may have been delivered to your SPAM folder.

    Once the items were available we shipped them without delay. I'm glad the delivery (from our EU-warehouse to the UK) went well.
