After some problems with missing items, the store did come with alternatives and that is very commendable. So from two stars to four is honest. They did do what they could within their system. Still, the PD-X Ellite Milker toy is not very satisfying for men that are somewhat longer and thicker equipped. Erotouch seems to use "cm-by-males" instead of real cm (my real size: 21cm long and 6 cm in diameter). Inserting makes the motor stall very easily and complete insertion is not possible.

Dear Marcel, Unfortunately, we do not supply the cock rings ourselves; this is a promotion run by the manufacturer. It turns out that the cock rings were indeed missing from the entire batch. The wholesaler was unaware of this as well. We never open the product boxes ourselves, which is why we only discovered the issue after you pointed it out. And after we received the second masturbator set—from which we wanted to remove the cock rings to ship them separately—we found that they weren't in there either. The only options available to us now are to let you choose a different product and/or issue a refund. A tip for when you buy a masturbator in the future: it is best to opt for extra-long models, as the average masturbator is actually a bit too small for your size. A very good shop. Delivery to Germany was quick and the parcel was discreetly packaged. The goods were new and well packaged. I think the value for money is very good. I can recommend it!
