Overall a fine site with a lot of choice and good price-quality ratio. I give 2 stars because I had to wait quite a long time for my first order and I find the return service very poor. Having to pay shipping costs again for both returning and ordering a replacement item. This while I only want to return 1 of my 6 ordered bras (total order of 220 euros) because it doesn't fit well. The other 5 are fine. I decide not to return anything and never buy here again. Unfortunately.

I had a fitting appointment at DDO and was wonderfully helped by Monique. She had prepared a number of bras before I arrived, and together we looked at what the right size and model for me could be. Monique really took her time and explained exactly what she was doing and what provides the best support. Based on the suitable bras, I can now easily order other fun colors through the website. I was very positively surprised by this store!

Very satisfied I recently ordered 2 items from DOO, and when I tried them on, they turned out to be too loose in the cup. Since I was nearby, I returned with the items and was received very kindly, by appointment. The lady who helped me had even prepared some other sizes for me. A nice spacious fitting room, friendly assistance, and a wide range of choices in all types and sizes. The lady also gave me some tips for the website and wrote down brands with sizes that would be suitable for me. If I have any doubts, I can also call before I order, which is very thoughtful.
