Awful customer service. Our €1,200 order has been missing for 9 days. The parcel was shipped from the Netherlands to the UK but, for no apparent reason, was sent to France instead, where the tracking has stopped. Despite this, Creabead has taken no responsibility. Every response has been a generic customer service template, and their only suggestion was that we reorder the urgently needed items instead of helping resolve the missing shipment. Very disappointing experience, especially for a long-standing business customer placing a large order.

Extremely disappointed that I got a customs invoice for this order & shipping costs, which then makes it just as expensive as it would cost here in UK. So no point in buying from you. You Should make this point a LOT more vision on your site so people know they have another cost to build in. A lot of my suppliers put all costs into their charges so there is no surprise at the end. So I will not unfortunately be using you again just for the cost factor. Beads are exactly the same as I buy already. Customer service was polite though.
