Of very nice quality, the ordered accessories allow for real-life simulations, the children can practice equipping their little pony. An item was missing from the package: no problem, they are sending it to me again right away.
Fast and good service. Lilly also had all sorts of extra gifts in it, so that was extra nice! Definitely a recommendation!
My granddaughter is very satisfied. She is learning to put on the saddle and bridle, so it is also pedagogically well thought out. The quality is very good. The free addition (horse elastics) was not included, but that can happen. The point deduction is solely for the really high price.

Upon further consideration, I wanted a starter pack instead of the individual pony I had ordered. The customer service was so nice about this, I could indicate what I found easiest regarding the exchange, etc. Great service!
Received the package super fast and the quality is really good, everything is neatly finished and it's really a package with the things you also use with a real horse/pony.
