Excellent company. Package was safe, shipping fast and products excellent. The problem was UPS. Without any type of communication they came twice at an unknown time. A note found without any instructions, not even a contact number. The online phone, was never answered. Four days later, I went to their only office, which is located about 30 km from the center of Athens. They told me that due to lack of an appointment I could deliver the next day!!! Result: 120km driving, inconvenience and wasted time. Please, at least for Greece, do not use UPS again, even if the client's cost is higher.

First, I was a little bit worried about the delivery time. Because it was stated that "The batteries have a very limited shelf life, due to this, they order these for each client to assure that they receive a fresh one." And after that, 4-7 business days count for shipment. However, it has been delivered on time.
