Didn’t receive 2 out of 6 pieces, they said the courier broke one of it and they didn’t produce it anymore. They told me after the rest of order arrived which put me in a position where I couldn’t use the rest of the order because they came in couples. Told me they would refund me for both of them and received refund only for one of them, stopped answering to my emails after that.

Out of the six items ordered, two items could not be delivered because one item was damaged by the courier and is no longer produced. This was communicated as soon as this information was confirmed. The remaining items were delivered correctly.
Regarding the refund: through PayPal, you have ultimately received more money back than the original value of the missing items. The PayPal case was presented in a distorted manner, which resulted in a decision that financially disadvantaged us despite our prior communication and willingness to resolve the matter correctly.
We regret that the situation escalated this way, but we cannot agree with the narrative that we “stopped responding” or acted improperly. At this stage, the matter has been financially settled via PayPal, and we therefore consider this case closed.
We always aim to handle issues transparently and fairly, but we also value accuracy and honesty in public reviews.
