    The "next day delivery" took a week. Unfortunately, the delivery was attempted when I was already overseas for the meeting for which I required the documents. No information was left as to how to obtain the documents and I have still not received them. My first time ordering from this company. It is probably my last.

    Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.

    Please note that the delivery service made two delivery attempts, on April 15th and 16th, unfortunately without success.

    We would also like to clarify that we do not promise next-day delivery on our website. What we do state is that orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same business day. The actual delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination.
