I usually receive a great service but this time my package was sent to the wrong postcode I tried to contact you about it but got no email from the support team because of this I had to buy another package as I thought the previous one was lost in the mail because of the hassle and disappointment I was told that the support team would contact me and discuss some type of compensation for hassle it caused but this never happened

In terms of the products themselves, it is really important to remember that Kratom is a natural product and consequently has natural variation in terms of strength.
