Responding to reviews

A negative customer review can sometimes give a distorted picture, so we think it is important that your side of the story is also known. Through our dashboard you can easily respond to reviews. You can do this both publicly and privately. This way you can easily contact your customer or share your side of the story.

Did something go wrong on your side? Then it is the perfect way to inform visitors how you dealt with these mistakes. After all, a good online store also makes mistakes, but also resolves them satisfactorily. Negative experiences that are solved well are perceived positively by new customers. We also always recommend responding to positive customer reviews, for example by thanking the customer for their review. This lets the reviewer know that you appreciate him leaving a review.

Moderation available for unjustified (negative) reviews.

Negative customer reviews can be annoying, especially when they are unjustified. You can contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution. The customer then has the opportunity to change or remove his experience. Of course, the customer is completely free to do this.

WebwinkelKeur as an independent party ensures that the reviews are real and honest. If the review is completely false, you have the option to report the review (within 14 days) for moderation. We will then check the authenticity of the review and assess whether it violates our terms and conditions. During the moderation process, the review will be quarantined. Is the experience fake or contains incorrect facts? Then we can delete this experience for you.

It goes without saying that negative reviews, which are not demonstrably false or are not reported for moderation, are then made public.
