Collect customer reviews automatically

Our system sends an invitation e-mail completely automatically. You decide when this e-mail is sent, for example 5 days after shipment of the package. You can also send a reminder to leave a review after x-number of days. How many automatic review requests you have, depends on which package you purchase from Webwinkelkeur. When a review invitation is sent to a customer, the customer can leave a review up to one year after the invitation.

We use the latest techniques to ensure that an invitation email is easy to open on tablet and mobile. Our email template adapts to the size of the screen. So your customers can open it properly on their computer as well as on their mobile or tablet.

Verified reviews

To combat fake reviews, we send your customer an email that requires the review to be verified. If your customer does not verify the review, it will not be posted.

Good independent moderation

Do you receive an unjustified review (e.g. from a competitor)? Then we have a good and fair moderation process. This way we keep the system fair for both consumer and merchant. One of our support experts then investigates whether the customer review is actually unjustified and makes a choice to publish it or remove it.

Link reviews from external sources

Have you collected some reviews elsewhere? WebwinkelKeur makes it easy to link external sources with customer reviews. We then calculate your average customer reviews based on reviews collected by us and elsewhere.
