Good value and quality, but with hindsight the 10m aluminium version is a bit heavy, bendy and unwieldy at full stretch. However great for occasional home use. If you’re going to be using regularly, if you need this length you’re probably better paying extra for carbon fibre.

At full stretch the pole is way to weak, bows in the middle and drags and hits the solor pannels. It will reach 7m max only using the first 4 thickest tubes. I had to climb a ladder to gutter hight rather than do it safely from the floor.

Our telescopic poles are designed to be used progressively: at maximum extension, a certain degree of flexibility can occur, especially with longer aluminium models. For optimal stability and control, we recommend working with the shortest necessary length and ensuring all clamps are firmly secured. Different materials (such as carbon or 3K full carbon) are specifically developed to reduce bending and increase stiffness at greater heights.
If the pole is bending excessively or not performing as expected, this may indicate that it is not being used in the ideal configuration or that a different model would better suit your needs (for example, a stiffer carbon version for higher reach work).
We also understand your concern regarding safety. Our systems are intended to allow cleaning from the ground when used correctly, so we would be happy to look into your situation and advise you on the best setup.
