I purchased a complete kit about 1 year ago to clean solar panels. It worked really well. I left the kit outside and when I went to use it again, the bristles on the brush had disintegrated. I think this was due to exposure to strong sunlight. I contacted High Clean, explained what happened and for price of a new brush. They immediately despatched a new brush via UPS with no charge. It arrived a few days later. This is excellent service.

Been more than a week when we ordered the cleaning brush and there is still no information about the shipment. I have seen a lot people complaining about the same
