They were very helpful and approachable, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, one of the boards I purchased had a quality issue, and the solution offered wasn’t what I had hoped for. While I would have preferred to receive a replacement board without the defect, the proposed solution — an additional discount on the original price — was what I eventually accepted. Still, it wasn’t the outcome I was looking for.
