I really like this product , it was highly recommended to me by an equine feed specialist. However when buying my last order I was horrified to be asked to pay £56 to Royal Mail for customs charges. This didnt happen with me first order & naturally I will not be about to afford to buy this product again at this cost. Please can you look in to this for me?
