Avoid buying of this company they are a scam ! If your from the UK bare in mind import charges, they dont tell you about ! They also didnt give me a refund after sending me wrong item !?? And ignoring my email. I have proof so now they can respond with anything they like.

Over expensive and engineered for such small speakers also not adjustable.

I ordered 2 products. 1) Speaker stands for Denon 150 speakers and 2) speaker stands for Denon 350 speakers. Problem #1, Vebos had Denon 150 speaker stands in stock but would not ship them to me until backordered Speaker stands for Denon 350 speaker were back in stock. They told me they were doing this because it was less expensive to ship both sets at the same time. Only problem with explanation is that no matter what they charged $75/speaker stand set to ship whether you bought 1 set or 2 sets so in the end they charged me $150 for shipping and made me wait. Problem #2, now that I waited all of these weeks, the speaker stand set for the Denon 150's came in with all expected and needed parts but the speaker stand set for the Denon 350 speakers is missing all of the screws and the rubber feet for the base plate so as of now I cannot assemble the speaker stands for Denon 350 speakers. Please expedite needed hardware for Denon 350 speaker stands immediately.

April 5th update: I don't know if Vebos customer support is understaffed or what the problem is but it is very difficult to get any communication out of them. 3 days ago, they told me missing parts were ready to be shipped to me but so far I cannot get them to actually tell me who they are using for shipping and what the tracking number is so I have no idea if missing parts actually got shipped or when it will arrive.

April 8th: Still no word on whether Vebos has shipped missing parts!!

Customer service through WhatsApp. Absolutely, useless, very arrogant communication. At least I started my conversation off by saying, oh hello there, But not very friendly whoever I was speaking to, Very Blunt and straight to the point from them.. My stands were shifting through the DPD procedure, Until I was then told to pay, Inport charges. And a further £55 ontop of my £242 for stands. Again, in whatsapp communication was very blunt by saying brexit, When I asked, why am I playing extra. Other companies would have gave free shipping with paying that sort of money.I've bought loads of things from abroad from uk. And not had to pay extreme import costs Like I had today with vebos. From the day I paid for them online. Supposed to get speaker stands within 5 days, not happening With the delay of paying import charges. I decided to pay because it's so hard to get decent stands for the Sony HT-A9 in uk. I will never, ever purchase from vebos again. One of the worst online experiences i've ever encountered and same with communication.

Good service and good speaker stand. The qr code instructions for my item didn’t work so just figured it out.

Emailed twice with damage and no reply

My order for a pair of speaker stands was cancelled with no explanation whatsoever, and attempts to communicate with Vebos to understand why were met with short unhelpful answers. I won't bother with Vebos again.

Poor and arrogant communication, wrong invoicing, no interest solve their invoicing issues.

Edit: we added the VAT as you know, the price has been adjusted, at the end the order has been again recalculated incl VAT. So dont lie here. You can easily chcek the order details, where is valid VAT listed. You arrogant reply is same like your any others replies.

Great product, excellent service. Neater/ smarter than a multi use stand as it has a bracket specificily made for the speaker which is hardly noticeable compared.
The stand is nice and heavy and has a oval tube which allows you to easily pass the cranked end to the power lead. In a nutshell, quality product, well finished/ packed. Great service, delivered within 3 days from overseas.
Would certainly recommend.
