I was helped very well. First had contact by phone. Very friendly on the phone, and honest. After I placed my order, they contacted me on the day of delivery to let me know what time they would be at my door, it was accurate to 5 minutes. The delivery people were friendly and polite. Many companies could still learn a thing or two from this.
