    There was a significant import duty to pay that wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase. While this is obviously not paid to Somnishop they must be aware that as they were importing from the EU there would be a duty payable by the customer. It would be useful to know that in advance.

    I have enough of an overbite that the product is un-usable for me. This could've been avoided had sufficient guidance been given when I tried the suggested fitting test by biting a piece of cardboard.
