However, in some cases, people with a sensitive scalp may still experience irritation, especially if too much product is applied. Adjusting the dosage often helps to reduce this sensitivity.
Regarding the increased hair shedding you noticed: this can sometimes occur in the first phase of using hair growth products. It’s known as the “shedding phase”, a temporary process in which weaker, old hairs fall out to make room for stronger, healthier hairs to grow. While this can be concerning, it is usually a positive sign that the product is stimulating the hair cycle.

Please rest assured that as soon as you contacted our customer service team, we immediately initiated an investigation with the shipping company. These investigations can unfortunately take some time, especially during the busy summer period when shipping volumes are high.
We always do our best to reach a resolution as quickly as possible, but according to our policy, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement until the investigation is complete.
