    The paints I ordered were definitely old. The bronze model color was the old version from Vallejo, while the site shows the new one. One speedpaint I have ordered exploded in my hands as the pigment deposited on the nozzle. Not very happy.

    Dear Paolo,

    We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our products. Our paints sell in high volumes and as such our paint inventory rotates quickly. On top of that we ship FIFO. Of course not all paint sells as quickly. Now, Vallejo updated the bottles on the Model paint, but the paint itself did not change. Some colors still had the older bottles in the latest shipments we have received from Vallejo.
    Now, please send an e-mail to info@spelhuis.be in case you received any paints that should have been dried out, which should never happen. For clarity, we never sell old paint.

    Met GLS Verstuurd alhoewel ik had aangegeven dat ik die niet wilde als koerier omwille van de rotslechte service. GLS Beweert langs te zijn geweest op 24/12 om 10.49 maar dat is een grove leugen! Ik heb dus mijn bestelling niet en uit ervaring weet ik dat ze die om het even waar dumpen.
