Thank you for your review, and I’m so sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. I completely understand how frustrating that must be.

I just checked the tracking information for your parcel, and I can confirm that your order was shipped the very same day you placed it. Since then, it’s been on quite a journey through GLS, with several delivery attempts already made in Belgium. It looks like there were issues with delivery and relabeling at the depot in Nivelles.

I would really love to help resolve this for you! Could you please check your email inbox (and spam folder just in case) for any messages from GLS? There should be an option to choose a new delivery time or pick-up location. If nothing works or if the parcel still hasn’t arrived soon, just let me know and I’ll be happy to step in and contact GLS directly on your behalf.
