Fast delivery and excellent, secure packaging ! Everything arrived safely, and I appreciated the small free gift. The bead colors were very true to the images shown on the website.
The only issue was the tracking. I received the tracking number from the supplier but no automated updates from UPS, I had to manually check the status and found the package was already at a UPS Access Point because I missed the delivery at my home without being notified. Fast delivery, overall very good experience! Every time! My only suggestion is if here in Croatia we can get the same discount regarding minimum value and delivery costs like in Italy. Our countries has a much lower income and very high prices, sometimes higher than in Germany. This one will help a lot. Thank you

Thanks a lot for your review and my apology for the late reply. We calculate the minimum for no shipping costs and the delivery costs per country and I see we didn't set up Croatia yet. I will check what we can do and will mail you.
