I have ordered from this store twice to date and will order again (and again!) for a number reasons:
1. The selection of products is really good versus local stores (in Ireland) that I have found.
2. The store offers bulk discounts and I like to stock up.
3. The store provides good communication regarding the status of orders.
4. Both times I have ordered so far, fulfilment of the orders and shipping has been really prompt.
5. The orders have been very well packed. Absent mishandling there was little chance of anything being damaged.
6. The small gifts have been both appreciated and given me some great ideas for future projects.
Overall I am a happy customer. -

All perfect! Fast, detailed, very well packed and the beads are stunning. The reason of 4 stars instead of 5 it's cause of the really high shipping cost to Italy. I really believe you can find a cheaper way with may be a longer time for the delivery. Of course it's just my opinion. If the shipping cost will decrease I surely will buy again.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. I understand your comment about the shipping costs. Unfortunately we do not have great expierence to ship it with local post offices to countries outside of the Netherlands or Belgium, that's why we prefer to ship with UPS or DPD.
But I can gadly inform you that we have checked more options within UPS and therefor we can lower the shipping cost for Italy to €15.95. I understand it is still expensive but I hope this will help you a little bit.
