Customer service was helpful, but it's a pity that I needed customer service twice (defective item and quietly shifted delivery date under the pretense of "you have to keep checking when the site says we will ship your order"). The size charts are worthless and cannot be trusted at all, which is especially unfortunate because returning items is quite expensive at your own cost. So it's better to go to the store than to use the webshop.

I was told to wait 10 working days. After 5 days, the package was on my doormat. The items are good, sturdy quality.
