Transporteur GLS pas très sérieux, la société a prétexté que mon adresse était incomplète pour ne pas me livrer à la date prévu alors que sur leur site mon adresse était exacte. Au bout de 3 jours de retard si je n'avais pas intercepté le livreur en ville (très conciliant d'ailleurs) j'aurais du à nouveau téléphoner et attendre 2 jours ou plus. Peut-être l'afflux dû aux fêtes, Enfin, Bonne fêtes à vous et merci !

Très bonne gestion de l commande et produits au top, néanmoins la livraison dpd est très mauvaise . Livraison reportée 3 fois sans explication , service client dpd inexistant … rien à voir bec la boutique car de ce côté là c est excellent

Very fast delivery, price was excellent, tariffs were not so much fun about 30% of order price. I did not know the Netherlands were not a valued trading partner, I am so sorry this has been done to you. First, we steal New Amsterdam and then Tariffs.

Les produits sont conformes et soignés. Protégés pour l'envoi et heureusement car le carton est arrivé un peu écrasé. Très satisfait.
