    I bought 3 bags of poppy heads on 4th of November 2025 but still haven't received anything. Paid delivery charges. Tracking showed it's delivered but when i called Royal mail, they said it has been sent back to the seller bcoz they didn't clear the customs.
    Very poor communication as well.
    Still no refunds as i have asked few times.
