Thanks for your clarification. I'm Nik, the owner of the company. Last Friday I saw your email conversation with our Logistic Manager. We internally discussed it and we came to the conclusion that we had misunderstood the situation. It has been very busy last week and some cases have been treated too quick.
But I believe in the end the situation was solved last Friday, right? We said sorry to you and a refund has been made.
Shipping costs are unfortunately very high for one product to the other side of Europe. That's why we in case of damage or a mistake can only work with a refund.
So I hope you can reconsider your rating. 2 stars because 1 product came in the wrong colour (and the others were ok), feels a bit harsh to us.

Zou het top vinden als het assortiment werd uitgebreid met kokers en koortjes voor mannen. -

Ik koop ze omdat ze kwijt of kapot mogen. Ze zijn zo goedkoop dat ik het dan niet erg vind. Ideaal op vakantie of (zoals ik) met drukke jonge kids om je heen. Laats ging m'n zoontje op een staan, stuk, zei ik: "is niet erg, ik koop gewoon 5 nieuwe" :D Heb wel eens een bril gekregen met een rare vlek erop. Na wat mailen met een foto kreeg ik gelijk gratis een nieuwe, ook top! Enige jammere is dat ze de BTW niet opnemen in de prijzen. Deze wordt pas aan het einde in je winkelmand erbij opgeteld (+21%).
