    Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre votre expérience. À ce jour, nous n’avons cependant reçu aucun message de votre part concernant ce problème, ce qui ne nous a malheureusement pas permis d’intervenir.

    Lorsqu’un colis est perdu par le transporteur, nous trouvons toujours une solution (renvoi ou remboursement) dès que le dossier nous est signalé et ouvert.
