What is the total cost per year?
The total cost per year depends on the package you choose. You only pay the monthly costs. For example, if you choose the START package of 10, - per month, then the annual cost comes to 120 euros (12x 10 euros). These costs are excluding 21% VAT. Payment is possible with iDeal, direct debit and bank transfer. If you prefer to pay quarterly, that is also possible. We charge 9 euros excluding VAT for administration costs per quarter. Up to 5 webshops are free of charge. If you want to register more than 5 webshops, our graduated fees apply.
Can I register multiple online stores?
You can register up to 5 webshops for the same amount under each package, additional webshops must always be inspected by us. If you want to register more than 5 webshops, we have special graduated rates. Requirement is that these additional online stores fall under the same company (KVK). Webshops under a private company or other KVK must be registered separately under their own account.How do I register an additional store?First log in with your existing login information. After logging in, choose in the tab 'webshops' the option 'add' and you will be taken to a simplified registration form. This will automatically place the additional webshops under the same account so you don't pay twice.
Can I cancel every month?
You can cancel whenever you want. This can be done via the dashboard. It is important to note that invoices already sent are generally not credited. The invoice term is therefore the notice period. Initially you enter into an annual membership. You can cancel your membership after the first year. After this year you can cancel your membership quarterly, provided you have chosen a quarterly payment.
In what ways can I pay?
You can pay via iDeal, bank transfer and direct debit, and you can choose whether you want to pay quarterly or annually. For quarterly payments we charge 9 euros excl. VAT extra for administration costs per quarter.
Do I pay even if my online store is rejected?
Basically, we help every online store meet our requirements. If you are rejected, you will of course get the chance to improve your store. We give you plenty of time to do so, and since these are legal requirements, it is possible for any online store to comply. You get two weeks to adjust your store. If you need more time, you can postpone a re-inspection via the reminder e-mail. If your store is rejected, you will not pay any extra costs for this.

How do I cancel/subscribe/stop my membership?

Too bad you're going to leave us! We have made cancelling your membership as easy as possible.

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Dashboard (if you don't remember your login information, click 'forgot password').
2. Click on your name (the pop icon) at the top right of your screen.
3. Choose 'my webshops'.
4. Click on 'cancellation' and enter the desired date.
5. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation via the mobile app

1. Log in to your Dashboard (if you don't remember your login details, click on 'forgotten password').
2. Click on menu, company and user in the lower right corner.
3. Choose 'my webshops'.
4. Click on 'cancellation' and enter the desired date.
5. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have multiple webshops you must repeat this for each individual webshop to fully cancel your membership. Unsubscribing is also possible for part of your webshops.

Please note the following when unsubscribing:

- References with value for Google will disappear, such as your listing on WebwinkelKeur and partner websites (WebshopChecker, DigiDispuut, etc.).
- The reviews you collected at WebwinkelKeur remain visible on your member page.
- All references to WebwinkelKeur on your webshop have to be removed.
- Legal documents such as terms and conditions and privacy statement need to be adjusted.
- Termination does not entitle you to restitution of already invoiced amounts.
- Orders placed during membership remain subject to the WWK conditions.

My online store is changing hands.
When your store changes owners, it may be possible to keep the Seal of Approval, but the following rules and procedures apply:
  1. All relevant data, such as contact, bank and chamber of commerce data, must be changed on the store before the label is taken over. Also the domain should be changed from old to new owner.
  2. We would like to receive these data by mail (info<@>webwinkelkeur.nl).
  3. Then we check and validate these data.
  4. Finally, we adjust these data and will contact the new owner.
Due to fraud sensitivity we request to receive these requests via a mail address that can be proven to belong to the store. If in doubt, we will ask for additional data so that we can validate the authenticity of the request.

You have more than 5 webshops? No problem, then our graduated prices apply.
